Laser Hair Removal
The Elite Plus (+Elite) laser hair removal system by Cynosure (USA) is designed for safe and effective hair removal.
- Nd:YAG Laser – Ideal for dark skin types.
- Alexandrite Laser – Ideal for light skin types.
- FDA Approval and Gold Standard Laser.
- The cooling system built into the Elite Plus laser by Zimmer Germany helps to cool the treatment area and prevent pain and thermal damage.
Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a non-invasive treatment method that involves injecting substances into the targeted area to promote healing and rejuvenation.
- Skin rejuvenation, dark circles treatment.
- Hair loss treatment and new hair growth via mesotherapy.
- Reduce puffiness and eyelid sagging.
- Treatment of pigmentation during pregnancy and facial spots.
Hair and Eyebrow Transplant
Different methods may vary slightly, but generally, the best hair bank is the area at the back of the head and the sides of the ears. Another important difference lies in how the grafts are harvested from the donor area. For example, in the FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant) method, follicles are harvested in a strip from the donor area, while in the FIT (Follicular Unit Extraction) method, individual hair follicles are extracted one by one. In some techniques like Super Combined Hair Transplant, it is possible to harvest grafts using both FUT and FIT techniques.
Two Weeks Before the Hair Transplant, Avoid the Following
Vitamins and Supplements: Some of these vitamins, such as Vitamin E, can thin the blood.
Aspirin: Avoid taking aspirin due to its blood-thinning effect.
Tea Consumption: Reduce tea intake.
Alcohol: Avoid alcohol as it significantly thins the blood.
Dieting: Do not follow a weight-loss diet. This doesn’t mean overeating, but rather following a normal, balanced diet. People who are on strict diets may experience slower recovery due to metabolic changes after the transplant. Therefore, follow a normal diet at least two weeks before the procedure.
One Week Before the Hair Transplant
- Avoid intense physical activities, heavy weightlifting, and excessive running.
- We emphasize avoiding alcohol and aspirin consumption.
Post-Hair Transplant Recommendations
- Driving: It is forbidden to drive after the transplant.
- Medications: Take prescribed medications carefully and on time as directed.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids such as water, tea, syrup, and juices within 48 hours after the procedure.
- Sleeping Position: For the first 72 hours after the transplant, sleep in a semi-sitting position (45 degrees). Support your sides with a pillow or blanket to prevent rolling during sleep.
- Rest: Rest at home the day after the procedure and avoid going to work.
- Post-Surgery Vitamins: For faster healing of the donor and transplant sites, it is recommended to use Vitamin C, fresh or canned pineapple, celery juice, and Anahil capsules, or Anahil Plus capsules, for 10 days after the procedure.
- First Dressing Change: The first dressing change is done at the clinic. For subsequent changes, spray the dressing with a wetting solution for about 5 minutes to make it moist, then gently remove the gauze and rinse the transplant area with a spray of water. Note that touching or showering directly on the transplanted hair during the first week is prohibited.
- Shampooing: At the end of the first week, to shower, spray the dressing with water for 5 minutes, then remove the dressing, mix baby shampoo with water to create foam, and gently spray the transplant area. Rinse with clean water and wash the hair gently in the direction of hair growth. Washing the donor site can be done normally with baby shampoo.
- After Two Weeks: You can shower under normal conditions and wash your hair, but continue using baby shampoo until the scalp heals completely, which takes about 3 to 4 weeks. After this period, you can switch to regular adult shampoo.
- Surgical Scar Care: Those who had surgery may feel tension at the back of the head for up to two weeks, which is normal and will subside over time. Avoid bending your head downward to avoid stressing the donor area. After stitches are removed (or dissolved), use Stratamed or Contractubex gel once or twice daily for 2 to 3 weeks to help heal the scar.
- Skin Lines at Transplant Site: Skin lines at the transplant site during the first and second weeks are normal and will disappear within 2 to 4 weeks. You can apply a few drops of bitter almond oil daily to help speed up recovery.
- Hair Strength and Washing: By the third week, transplanted hair becomes stronger and can be washed normally. Avoid pulling or scratching the transplant area.
- Avoiding Alcohol and Smoking: Do not consume Vitamin E or alcohol for the first 10 days after the procedure. Smoking and using any form of tobacco should be avoided for 6 months.
- Avoiding Strenuous Activities: Avoid activities that increase pressure on your head, such as heavy lifting, bending for long periods, excessive coughing, and straining, for at least 3 weeks.
- Exercise: Exercise is prohibited in the first week, allowed lightly in the second week, and safe from the third week onward. However, avoid any pressure or trauma to the head.
- Wig Use: Wearing a wig is prohibited in the first week, allowed up to 10 hours per day in the second week, and safe from the third week onward.
- Swelling: Swelling around the eyes and face is a normal side effect of the procedure, typically beginning 24 hours post-surgery and may last up to 72 hours. Proper sleeping posture and taking prescribed medications can help reduce swelling.
- Numbness: Numbness in the transplant area is normal and will gradually disappear within 3 to 5 months.
- Scabbing: Scabs around the transplant area will naturally fall off within 2 weeks. You can use a few drops of olive oil to soften the scabs and wash them off after an hour. Do not pick at or remove the scabs.
- Hair Shedding and Regrowth: Transplanted hair may shed within 2 to 3 weeks, but it will begin to regrow after 3 to 5 weeks. This hair will be permanent.
- For Best Results: To enhance results, PRP or mesotherapy treatments are recommended after the second month, depending on the doctor’s recommendation.
- Hair Growth: From the third month onward, the hair will gradually thicken by 10 to 14% each month, and full evaluation of the transplant results should be done after at least 8 months, although improvement will continue up to one year.
- Pimples: A few pimples may appear on the scalp after the fourth week. You can pop larger ones with a sterilized needle and drain them. If there are too many pimples, contact the clinic.
Fractional CO2 Laser
Reducing Fine Lines and Wrinkles: The laser promotes collagen production, helping to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, which are signs of aging.
Scar Treatment: It is effective in reducing scars from acne, surgery, burns, and other skin injuries by stimulating skin regeneration and collagen remodeling.
Minimizing Pore Size: The treatment tightens and firms the skin, which helps to shrink open pores.
Age Spots: It helps lighten dark spots caused by sun exposure and aging, contributing to a more even skin tone.
Post-Treatment Care
- Right after the treatment, apply a cold compress or ice pack to the treated area to reduce swelling and soothe the skin.
- Use a post-laser cream 4-5 times a day to reduce inflammation and redness. Follow the instructions provided by your practitioner.
- Since your skin is more sensitive post-treatment, apply sunscreen regularly, every 3 hours, even if you are indoors. Sun exposure can worsen redness or pigmentation issues.
- Apply a zinc oxide ointment to the treated area to promote healing and protect the skin.
- Once the inflammation subsides, you can begin using a brightening cream at night to help with skin discoloration and to enhance the effects of the treatment.
- Continue with any prescribed medications or treatments between sessions to maximize the effects of the laser
Laser Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty surgery refers to the removal of all or part of the labia minora (the inner lips around the vagina). It is performed to reduce the size or achieve symmetry of the external or minor labia of the vagina. This procedure does not require hospitalization or general anesthesia and can be performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia.
Postoperative Care After Labiaplasty
- Rest at home for at least 3 to 7 days.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent friction and excessive pain.
- Maintain a healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Avoid intense physical activities and sports for a period.
- Refrain from using tampons and engaging in sexual activity for at least 4 to 6 weeks.
Laser Vaginal Tightening
Laser tightening is performed for the beautification and rejuvenation of the genital area, addressing issues like vaginal laxity.
Applications of Vaginal Tightening
- Vaginal laxity
- Uterine prolapse
- Urinary incontinence
- Menopausal symptoms
- Pain during sexual intercourse
- Vaginal dryness and burning sensation
- Persistent urinary tract infections
- Vaginal atrophy or prolapse
Laser Whitening or Bikini Brightening
Vaginal whitening with laser is one of the best and most effective methods for treating darkening of the genital area. This method not only reduces pigmentation but also softens the vaginal skin, with minimal side effects.
Post-Care After Vaginal Whitening
- Keep the genital area clean and dry after the procedure.
- Use an ice pack to alleviate burning and inflammation.
- Follow the prescribed medication regimen if recommended by your gynecologist.
- To prevent irritation, pain, and inflammation after the laser procedure, gynecological aesthetic specialists often prescribe topical creams and lotions.
- Topical ointments should be applied 1-2 times daily for the first two weeks.
- Avoid heavy exercise and strenuous activities for at least 10 days after vaginal whitening.
- While vaginal whitening does not interfere with sexual activity, it is advisable to wait at least two days before resuming sexual relations.
- Avoid wearing dark, synthetic, or tight clothing post-laser. Opt for loose-fitting clothes and maintain proper genital hygiene.
Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy, or cold therapy, is a specialized treatment method where superficial skin lesions are frozen.
Indications for Cryotherapy
- Viral warts in children and adults
- Seborrheic keratosis (senile warts)
- Actinic keratosis (a precancerous lesion caused by sun exposure)
- Molluscum contagiosum in adults
- Skin lesions or tags
Microneedling
- Treatment of acne scars, surgical scars, and burn scars
- Reducing wrinkles and fine lines
- Skin rejuvenation
- Treatment of stretch marks
- Minimizing enlarged pores
Buccal Fat Removal (Cheek Fat Extraction)
For individuals with a round face or excess weight who are dissatisfied with the chubby appearance of their face, the surgical removal of buccal fat pads inside the cheeks is an excellent method to eliminate unwanted facial fat. Buccal fat removal is a relatively quick and simple procedure performed under local anesthesia, leaving no external scars.
Post-Operative Care for Buccal Fat Removal
- Consume soft and liquid foods for the first 3–4 days and minimize the use of your mouth and jaw.
- Rinse your mouth with specialized solutions after each meal or drink.
- Use antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor for one week after the procedure.
- Keep your head elevated while resting to minimize pressure on the operated areas as they heal.
- Avoid smoking until the surgical site is fully healed.
- Do not touch the stitches or surgical site with your tongue.
- Avoid contact sports or activities that may risk facial trauma, such as martial arts, until the surgical site has fully healed.
- Use a special facial compression garment for about a week after the surgery to reduce swelling and apply gentle pressure to the face.
Blepharoplasty
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a cosmetic and therapeutic procedure aimed at removing excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. This surgery has become increasingly popular in recent years.
Post-Operative Care for Blepharoplasty
- Swelling and bruising of the eyelids subside after a few days.
- Using cold compresses speeds up the healing process.
- Light activities, such as walking, aid in wound recovery.
- Patients can typically resume daily activities 7 to 10 days after the procedure.
- Thin bands are usually placed over the incision site and removed after a few days; stitches typically remain for about a week.
- Sensitivity to light and blurred vision are normal for up to two days. If these symptoms persist, consult your surgeon.
- Avoid using contact lenses after surgery; glasses must be used instead.
- Always carry and wear sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Botox Injection
Post-Injection Care for Botox
- Avoid saunas or hot tubs for 24 hours after the injection.
- Do not expose the treated area to water for at least 5 hours.
- Avoid makeup, applying creams, or massaging the face for one day after the injection.
- Refrain from intense exercise for at least three days post-injection.
- Apply a cold compress to the injection site in the initial hours.
- Do not lie down or bend your head downward for at least 5 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid wearing sunglasses on the first day of the injection.
Filler Injection
Hyaluronic acid and collagen are two substances responsible for keeping facial skin soft and youthful. With age, the levels of these substances decrease, leading to a loss of facial vibrancy. To restore facial beauty, hyaluronic acid or collagen must be reintroduced into the skin—precisely the purpose of gel injections. Gel injections are among the most popular methods for facial volumization.
Post-Injection Care for Filler Injections
Proper post-injection care can significantly help prevent potential complications. The following recommendations are advised:
- Avoid direct sunlight during the initial days.
- Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages and smoking for one week after the injection.
- Avoid strenuous activities, heavy exercise, and swimming pools for two weeks post-injection.
- Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Follow your doctor’s instructions, including performing any recommended massages in the injected areas.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
PRP injection is a natural method that utilizes components from the patient’s own blood to stimulate and regenerate damaged tissues in areas such as the face, neck, scalp, chest, hands, and body. A few milliliters of the patient’s blood are drawn and, using specialized kits, the platelet concentration is increased to 3-5 times its original level.
