Pre-Endoscopy Procedures
Fast for 8 hours Cardiology consultation for endoscopy and anesthesia is mandatory for individuals over 40 years old For those with specific lung, kidney, pregnancy, or diabetes conditions, consult with a gastroenterologist.
Pre-Colonoscopy Procedures
Avoid food, fruit, milk, and bread 48 hours before the colonoscopy (only liquids like water, pulp-free juice, and strained soup can be consumed on the first day). The day before the colonoscopy, prepare 8 sachets of Pidrolax powder, 5 Bisacodyl tablets, and 4 Daitiklon tablets. Dissolve each sachet of Pidrolax in 4 cups of water (equivalent to 1 liter) and drink 1 cup every 15-20 minutes. All the powder should be consumed.
