Rules of Parsa International Patients Department (IPD)
Welcome esteemed guests, please pay attention to the following points:
- Guests should not bring jewelry or valuable items with them upon entering the department. A special bag (for clothes and personal belongings) will be provided to guests upon entering the department.
- In case of childbirth, bringing the mother’s birth certificate is mandatory.
- Each visitor can have one female companion.
- Entry of children into the department is prohibited. Please also refrain from bringing children under 7 years old to the hospital during visiting hours.
- Discharge is carried out from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Visiting hours are daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- A nurse call bell is installed above each bed (use the bell if needed).
- Breakfast is at 7:00 AM, lunch at 12:00 PM, and dinner at 7:00 PM.
- Waste disposal is done in designated special bags. Infectious waste (including items contaminated with blood and secretions such as urine, etc., tissue paper, etc.) is placed in the yellow bag, and non-infectious waste (food containers and food items, paper, etc.) is placed in the black bag.
- The newborn’s birth card should remain with the mother as long as the newborn is hospitalized in the department (the birth certificate is issued in the delivery room located on the 4th floor).
- It is best to give the patient, preferably, pineapple and pear compote after surgery.
- Announce your complaints and suggestions to the Service Recipients’ Rights Unit (Complaints Handling) on the ground floor, administrative unit.
