The NICU at Parsa Hospital is equipped with modern facilities, including 6 beds and 6 incubators for newborns, such as respirators, a 16-lamp phototherapy unit, a mothers’ rest room, and a breastfeeding education room. This department provides a safe and calm environment for mothers to learn how to care for their newborns, with a highly experienced medical team. The NICU team has extensive experience in the treatment and recovery of premature newborns, newborns with jaundice (neonatal icterus), and other neonatal diseases.
The department is managed by Dr. Mohammad Reza Alizadeh (Pediatrician and Neonatologist), along with a team of experienced pediatric specialists, ready to admit and provide care for premature infants and those requiring hospitalization.
