Hospitalization Rules
Welcome to our esteemed guests. Please pay attention to the following points:
- Guests should not bring jewelry or valuable items upon entering the ward. A special bag (for clothing and personal items) will be provided upon entry.
- If you are admitted for childbirth, bringing the mother’s birth certificate is mandatory.
- Each patient may have one female companion.
- Children are not allowed in the ward. Please avoid bringing children under the age of 7 during visiting hours.
- Discharge takes place between 9 AM and 4:30 PM.
- Visiting hours are every day from 3 PM to 4 PM.
- A nurse call button is installed above each bed (please use it if needed).
- Breakfast is served at 7 AM, lunch at 12 PM, and dinner at 7 PM.
- Waste should be disposed of in designated bags: infectious waste (such as items contaminated with blood or bodily fluids, tissues, etc.) should be placed in yellow bags, while non-infectious waste (food containers, papers, etc.) should go in black bags.
- The baby’s birth card should remain with the mother while the baby is hospitalized. The birth certificate is issued in the delivery room located on the 4th floor.
- It is recommended to give the patient, especially after surgery, canned pineapple or pear.
- Complaints and suggestions can be submitted to the Service Recipient Rights Unit (Complaints Department) located on the ground floor in the administrative unit.
