Admission Guidelines

Dear visitors, please ensure to bring the following documents with you when coming for admission at the scheduled time:

1. Admission Order
2. Valid Identification document for patient identity verification and file creation:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original National ID Card

1. For contracts with specific insurances (e.g., Armed Forces, Banks, Municipalities), the original insurance booklet must be presented. For other insurances, the booklet is not required.
2. For patients in the Women’s and Maternity Block, a valid identification document of the patient’s spouse is mandatory (a copy of both the husband and wife’s birth certificates, national ID cards, and home postal code).
3. Medical documents (e.g., ultrasound, laboratory tests, CT scan, etc.).
