Guide to Obtaining a Birth Certificate

Thank you for choosing Parsa Specialized Hospital as a safe and reliable place for the birth of your beloved child. Please take note of the following instructions for obtaining your child’s birth certificate:

Please contact Maryam Mirza Khani’s office at +98 21 53283000, Ext. 703 for guidance and to confirm the necessary steps before coming in. One parent must be present along with the original birth certificates of both parents and their national ID cards. Documents can be submitted at the Delivery Block every day from 12 PM to 2 PM (except on public holidays). Parents are required to visit the Civil Registration Office within 14 days of receiving the birth certificate to register and obtain the official birth certificate.

Important Note:

• Without the original birth certificates of both the mother and father, we are unable to issue the birth certificate according to the law. No alternative forms of ID will be accepted.
• If one parent’s birth certificate is missing, a marriage certificate is required.
• Marriage certificate and passport or Amayesh card (for residents) are mandatory for foreign nationals.
